Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nusa Devata Travel. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


Definitions

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to PT NUSA DEWATA GEMILANG, Lingk Padang Griya V No.4, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

  • Ticket refer to the fastboat ticlet offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Ticket from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Nusa Devata Travel, accessible from https://www.nusadevata.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Ticket within 24 hours before departure without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling is 24 hours before scheduled departure.

Refund for cancellation 48 hours before scheduled departure is 100%.

Refund for cancelation between 48 hour to 24 hours before scheduled departure is 50%.

Refund for prohibitions boat operation from harbor master due to bad weather is 100%.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive refund request from You. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Booking, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Conditions for Refund

In order for Ticket to be eligible for a cancelation, please make sure that:

  • The Ticket were purchased from our website
  • Cancellation made maximum 24 hours before travel date
  • Cancellation of boat departure from harbor authoruty due to weather condition. You have option to refund your Ticket or reschedule your travel date.

The following Ticket cannot be returned:

  • Ticket cancelled on the day of travel.
  • Failure to arrive on time at the check-in location at the port or other place that has been informed and the boat has already departed
  • You have received boarding pass for eticket that you book with us. You will receive boarding pass on the date of your travel.
  • Departure delay due to weather condition and harbor activity.

We reserve the right to refuse returns request that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Ticket may be refunded. Unfortunately, Ticket on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.


Returning the Ticket

You dont't need to return physical ticket or evoucher if you not done registration in harbor yet . If you done resgitration in harbor and receive your boarding pass, you must refer to CONDITION FOR REFUND before request any refund.
